VI Agents and our partners provide professional services to perform, assist, and train our partners and clients in how to best use the 6D Software Platform(tm) ('6D(tm)').

We work with our clients to define the business objectives, requirements, service specifications, integration points and methodologies, value network stakeholders and participants, reporting, analytics, real-time actionable business intelligence desired, and more.  Our professional services team will then perform whatever level of services are desired by our partners and clients to help them deliver and deploy the solution and train the users to effectively use and manage the system.

Our objective is to help the client deliver the desired solution in as little as a couple days or weeks to typically no more than 90 days.  Because we leverage the 6D Software Platform, the level of effort is typically focused on configuring the client-specific last mile details.  

M2M applications are deceivingly complex and must be architected and implemented in a different manner than most software developers are accustomed to building applications.  Because the 6D Software Platform was built to empower business analysts, super-users, and developers to focus more on the business and operational aspects of the use case and not the details of how to build the underlying platform, VI Agents significantly minimizes the risks associated with implementing an M2M application.  Once a partner or client has configured 1-3 use case scenarios with the assistance of VI Agents or our partners professional services, we believe that the skills are transferred to the partner or client and the partner or client is then empowered to move forward without the assistance of our professional services teams.  Our professional service teams remain available though to provide any assistance as required to ensure the success of any project.

We license at no charge our 6D(tm) Service Specification Methodology to our partners and clients to help them properly document and specify the desired M2M solution functionality.
