DOVe offers a unique approach to mobile payments, utilizing the audio interface for mobile device and Vending device communication and interaction. DOVe brings a seamless user experience, high security, works on any mobile and is easily integrated into the Vending device.
In addition DOVe allow - using its 2-Way communication - mobile payment even when the Vending machine is unconnected, by using the consumer’s data link (Sending machine status for replenishment is possible too). From the consumer's perspective, once ready to complete a transaction, the consumer places his mobile device next to the Vending device. After receiving the audio signal from the Vending Device his mobile receives a request to confirm the payment. Once the consumer confirms the payment with a single click, an indication (visual & audible) that the transaction has been completed is presented on both devices and the consumer is free to leave.
