A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been agreed between industry associations GlobalPlatform and the IoT Connectivity Alliance (ICA). The two technical bodies will work to develop and promote a standardised approach to internet of things (IoT) security based on secure component technology. On May 22nd 2017, the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) issued a position paper raising this very issue of IoT security.
