Orange announces that it has completed its acquisition of a controlling stake in the fixed operator, Telekom Romania Communications (TKR). The closing of this deal will give Orange Romania a 54% controlling stake in one of Romania’s fixed telecom operators, with the remaining 46% stake retained by the Romanian State. (more…)

Coupling the DYNA4 virtual test drive simulation platform from Vector with the latest Rohde & Schwarz radar moving object stimulation system enables powerful verification of safety-critical ADAS functions. IoT Carrier 1NCE reports it has raised $50 million (€42.87 million) in new financing. The capital is being provided by investors including Deutsche Telekom, SoftBank, and other investors. 1NCE offers cellular device connectivity at a fixed price in over 100 countries via 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT and LTE-M.
