According to a new research report from the IoT analyst firm Berg Insight, the number of telematics service subscribers using embedded systems will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27.1% from 80.4 million subscribers at the end of 2018 to 339.3 million subscribers at the end of 2024. Hsinchu, Taiwan-based Artilux, a specialist in photonics and electronics technology, will be unveiling its Explore Series at CES 2020 in Las Vegas (January 7-10th). Plastimo, an international player in the boating industry, and Sigfox, the IoT service provider and global 0G network operator, have joined forces to offer total geolocation coverage across all oceans from 2020.
