I don’t receive “login details” email

If you aren’t receiving your login details e-mail, please follow the steps below:

1. Check your inbox for an e-mail with the subject line ‘Welcome to IoT global network.’ Please make sure you are looking at the right inbox connected to e-mail provided in registration form.

2. Check your Spam, Junk or Bulk Mail folders. It’s possible that the e-mail we tried to send you was caught by a spam, junk or bulk mail filter in your email system. Look for an email from
IoT global network with the subject line ‘Welcome to IoT global network.’ If you don’t find the email in these folders, please add noreply@iotglobalnetwork.com to your address book, and request password change email.

3. Still haven’t received the email? Contact your email provider. If you requested another password change link after adding noreply@iotglobalnetwork.com to your address book or spam filter’s whitelist, and you still don’t find it, please let your email provider know that you’re unable to receive mail from the address noreply@iotglobalnetwork.com.
