PPC lights up fibre broadband connectivity in Greece with Adtran

Adtran, Inc., the provider of open networking and subscriber experience solutions has announced that Greece’s power utility, Public Power Corporation (PPC), is leveraging the Adtran end-to-end fibre broadband solution to launch its pilot high-speed wholesale network in the municipality of Peristeri, within the region of Attica. Connectivity Standards Alliance’s Matter launch event showcased industry leaders and the Matter products

Amsterdam, Netherlands – In the month since Matter 1.0 was released, Matter momentum has continued to accelerate. Huawei calls upon industry players to work together and move faster to ultra-broadband 5.5G

Bangkok, Thailand – The ultra-broadband forum 2022 raised its curtain in Bangkok, with David Wang, Huawei’s executive director of the board and chairman of the ICT infrastructure managing board, delivering a keynote speech titled Stride to ultra-broadband 5.5G. During this speech, Wang outlined the enormous changes that are set to take place in areas like smart homes, smart campuses, and industrial Internet by 2030. He also made it clear that ultra-broadband 5.5G will be a key milestone on the path to an intelligent world and recommended that the industry take four key steps to accelerate this process.
