Hampshire, UK. 13th December 2021 – A new study by Juniper Research has found that ride sharing spending by consumers globally will exceed $937 billion (€831.27 billion) by 2026, comparable to 50 times the combined annual revenue of Transport for London, New York City’s MTA, and the Beijing Metro in 2021. A new report from Juniper Research has found that transaction volumes for mobile payments will grow from 26 billion in 2021 to 49 billion in 2023; representing a growth of 92%. Growth in mobile contactless transaction volumes will significantly exceed contactless card volumes by 2023, as mobile contactless transactions grow twice as fast as contactless card transactions. IoT Carrier 1NCE reports it has raised $50 million (€42.87 million) in new financing. The capital is being provided by investors including Deutsche Telekom, SoftBank, and other investors. 1NCE offers cellular device connectivity at a fixed price in over 100 countries via 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT and LTE-M.
