Renesas Electronics Corporation has announced that its automotive cybersecurity management system (CSMS) used for the development of microcontrollers (MCU) and system on chips (SoCs) has been defined and implemented according to International Standard ISO/SAE 21434:2021. ETSI GR RIS-003 explores communication models that offer a trade-off between electromagnetic accuracy and simplicity for performance evaluation and optimisation. Siemens has launched two new additional versions of its new Sentron 3WA power circuit breakers, alternatively known as air circuit breakers (ACBs). Series 3WA3 meets the requirements of UL 1066 and IEC 60947-2 standards, which enables customers to use it worldwide. This is advantageous for switchgear manufacturers and OEMs (original equipment manufacturer) producing systems for both standardisation areas IEC and UL.
