Radisys acquires Mimosa to accelerate availability of broadband access for advancing societies

Radisys Corporation (Radisys), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited and a global provider of open telecom solutions, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mimosa Networks, Inc. Working Group Two to be acquired by Cisco

Telenor announced that all shares in software company Working Group Two will be acquired by the global communications technology company Cisco. Telenor sells its 44.6% share of Working Group Two, in a transaction where Cisco will acquire all shares in the company for an enterprise value of [$150 million (€137.03 million)]. Working Group Two will be incorporated fully into Cisco.

Ubiik acquires Mimomax to bring wireless solutions for utilities, critical infrastructure

Ubiik, a provider in advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and private LTE (pLTE) (long term evolution) solutions, has announced the acquisition of New Zealand-based Mimomax Wireless, a provider of communication solutions for narrowband channels. i3 Broadband acquires Missouri’s Big River Broadband, Circle Fiber

Midwest fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) provider i3 Broadband has closed the acquisition of Big River Broadband, and its wholly owned subsidiary Circle Fiber. The combination will allow i3 Broadband to further expand its fibre footprint to residential and commercial customers across central Illinois and eastern Missouri.

Quebecor closes acquisition of Freedom Mobile

Quebecor Inc., has announced that the acquisition of Freedom Mobile Inc., by Videotron Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quebecor, has been completed, creating the fourth wireless service provider in Canada. With a combined total of more than 3.5 million customers for mobile services alone and the expertise of nearly 7,500 employees, Freedom and Videotron have the leverage to further disrupt Canada’s wireless market.

Wienerberger acquires Wideco Sweden AB to enhance its smart solution offerings
