Infineon introduces the new IPM series CIPOS tiny IM323-L6G for maximum efficiency and design flexibility

Munich, Germany. 22 April, 2022 – Infineon Technologies AG adds a new member to the CIPOS Tiny Intelligent Power Module (IPM) family: the CIPOS Tiny IM323-L6G 600 V 15 A. The new IPM is based on TRENCHSTOP IGBT RC-D2 switches and state-of-the-art SOI gate driver technology to realise maximum efficiency and improved reliability, along with minimised system size and cost. The integration of discrete power semiconductors and drivers in one package allows designers to reduce the time and effort spent on design, significantly shortening the time-to-market. The module is suitable for major home appliances, in particular drives for room air conditioners.

UnaBiz appointed as new owner of Sigfox SA and Sigfox France SAS under receivership proceeding by the Commercial Court of Toulouse

The Commercial Court of Toulouse announced the appointment of UnaBiz, massive IoT service provider and Sigfox Operator for Singapore and Taiwan, as the new owner of Sigfox. The results of the receivership proceeding for Sigfox and its subsidiary Sigfox France SAS were unanimous, with UnaBiz endorsed as the offer among nine initial bidders by the Jury, Administrators, the Public Prosecutor, Sigfox SA, Sigfox France SAS and Sigfox Employee Representatives.
