Telenor, a telecommunications company, has surpassed 25 million SIM cards that were deployed globally.
This achievement is driven by a combination of factors, including:

- Diversified product portfolio: The company has introduced new products and services to cater to the evolving needs of its customers – such as IoT Complete, a fully integrated, modular and configurable service for end-to-end IoT infrastructure.
- Expanded network access: The local network access in countries where roaming is restricted were expanded and regional points of presence network were established so that customers can get the right network access for any use case, anywhere.
- Strong customer relationships: The commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in better customer relationships, enabling growth in the existing customer base. In the latest customer satisfaction survey 73% of respondents rated Telenor IoT’s performance as ”excellent” or “above average” when compared with other IoT suppliers.
“We’re proud to have earned the trust of new and existing customers,” said Mats Lundquist, CEO of Telenor Connexion. “We see endless opportunities in the coming years with the market that is expected to grow 11% in revenue and 15% in connections from 2023-2028 globally, excluding China. We will continue to bring new technology, services and solutions to the market, with the main goal being to help our customers grow, innovate and build new business around connected products – Simply to continue to be the first choice for IoT.”
