Wipro, PLEXIS Healthcare Systems ink global strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation for healthcare payers
Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, announced its global strategic partnership with PLEXIS Healthcare Systems.
This partnership will enable a streamlined, efficient, accurate and integrated plan administration solution to support healthcare payers and sponsors of the plan worldwide. The goal is to provide secure, compliant, high-quality, end-to-end “digital first” plan management solutions at a cost-effective price, along with an enhanced customer experience. The partnership will initially focus on supporting Medicare and Managed Medicaid programs, but will expand to support the Accountable Care Act and commercial activities.
At its core, Wipro’s Medicare platforms will be combined with PLEXIS ‘claims for healthcare payers and healthcare management platforms to provide a state of the art technology base. This enables Wipro to deliver world-class Business Process as-a-Service (BPaaS) for efficient and effective management of the entire value chain, including enrollment processing with Centre for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) member billing, execution, care management, claims processing and meeting of data processing to CMS.
