Belden Inc., a global provider of signal transmission solutions for mission-critical applications, and JMA Wireless, a provider of wireless communication solutions, have signed a strategic alliance. This aims to deliver complete smart building solutions.
The alliance claims to offer venues the best mobile technology, enabling ultra-high speeds and greater capacity than ever before, and ensuring that buildings can take advantage of 5G capabilities in the future.
Together, each company’s solutions will meet the increasing demand for integrated, intelligent systems that will dramatically improve building efficiency, reduce operating costs and decrease the number of man-hours required to keep a building functioning at peak capacity. This alliance will combine Belden’s fibre solutions, power cabling, patching solutions and custom cabinets with JMA Wireless’ distributed antenna systems, digital electricity and mounting systems, antennas and RF conditioning, as well as the newly announced XRAN™ adaptive baseband.
