TD SYNNEX completes acquisition of IPsense’s cloud migration business

TD SYNNEX has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the cloud migration business of IPsense. The addition of IPsense’s cloud migration business, paves the way for the creation of a new cloud competency centre in Brazil, laying the foundation for broader regional expansion in the future, to help channel partners migrate their customers’ workloads to the cloud.

As part of the acquisition, TD SYNNEX will integrate the IPsense cloud migration business sales model into the two-tier distribution model, fostering partner-to-partner projects, driving collaboration, helping to build stronger alliances and enabling customers to use each other’s expertise for mutual growth and success.
