Targa Telematics strengthens airport market presence with ASA membership

Targa Telematics has announced its membership in the Airport Services Association (ASA).
This marks a further step in the company’s plan to drive innovation in ground handling, strengthen its distinctive positioning and enhance its growth in this market segment.
Targa Telematics has consolidated its expertise in the airport area by developing technologies for the management, maintenance, monitoring and pooling of GSE, enabling remote, real-time monitoring of GSE vehicles to improve processes and activities, ensure optimal maintenance with significant safety implications, and allow sharing among different operators by authorising access and usage based on the airport policies. Additionally, company’s digital platform can certify to the relevant authorities the adequacy of the activities performed and their compliance with applicable regulations.
Targa Telematics supports innovative mobility projects in several airports worldwide, benefiting stakeholders such as Airport Authorities, Airlines, Ground Handlers and other motorised vehicle operators involved in airport activities.
Furthermore, as a member of ASA, Targa Telematics will also provide all association members with a series of analyses and statistics regarding Ground Support Equipment at airports, particularly in Europe and Oceania, on a monthly and quarterly basis ASA, the only global association representing aviation service providers, consists of over 70 globally recognised and influential members across the industry. By sharing this data with ASA, we are able to support the global ground handling industry with critical insights that enhance decision-making and operational excellence.
