Enea signs contract for traffic management worth $2mn
Enea has signed a contract for traffic management with a service provider in North Africa. The solution is part of the customer’s modernisation of mobile and fixed broadband and enables efficient management of services and data traffic, along with enhanced quality of experience. The agreement includes software licenses, professional services, and product support. Software licenses corresponding to a value of $1.4 million (€1.28 million) are recognised in the third quarter of 2023, while remaining parts of the agreement are delivered during the coming year. The total contract value is USD 2.0 million.

Enea’s traffic management solutions alleviate radio network congestion, improve network speeds as well as video quality of experience, and help mobile and fixed operators monetise encrypted data traffic. The portfolio supports 5G and includes the Enea 5G service engine, Enea Integra NFV platform, the Enea TCP accelerator, and Enea Virtual Load Balancer. Enea’s open and cloud-native products are used by network operators worldwide, including 8 of the 10 mobile operator groups.
