Lazaridis appointed AMD senior vice president, sales, EMEA, India & Asia-Pacific Japan

Santa Clara, United States. 20 July, 2022 – AMD has appointed Nick Lazaridis to the post of senior vice president, AMD Sales, responsible for managing sales across EMEA, India, and APJ. He will report to AMD EVP and chief sales officer (CSO) Darren Grasby.
Lazaridis most recently served as president, EMEA for HP Inc. He is returning to AMD after previously leading Asia Pacific regional sales from 2009 to 2012. Lazaridis has over 30 years of high-tech business experience leading organisations across mature and emerging markets globally.
“Nick’s industry experience and wealth of knowledge of strategic global engagements will be instrumental in supporting the significant growth opportunities we see over the coming years,” says Grasby.
Lazaridis has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, leading organisations across mature and emerging markets globally. Prior to his current role at AMD, he served as president, EMEA for HP Inc., and has managed regional businesses for Lenovo, Dell, and Acer. He is returning to AMD after previously leading Asia Pacific regional sales for the company from 2009 to 2012.
Lazaridis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong, Australia, with Legal and Management majors.
