International Data Corporation Canada announced the publication of a new report, IDC MarketScape: Canada Salesforce Implementation Services 2020 Vendor Assessment (IDC# CA46257720), which provides an in-depth analysis of companies that provide Salesforce implementation services offerings to the Canadian market.

IDC compared 8 Salesforce implementation services providers with operations and customers in Canada using our IDC MarketScape model. As a result of this study, IDC Canada has found five IDC MarketScape Leaders and three IDC MarketScape Major Players in the Canadian Salesforce implementation services market. The 8 vendors evaluated in this IDC MarketScape are: Accenture, Acumen Solutions, AppCentrica, Deloitte, IBM Canada, PwC, TELUS International, and Traction On Demand.

“Salesforce products are rapidly becoming enterprise-scale solutions in Canada and the opportunities for services firms specialising in Salesforce are growing as quickly. As the enterprise software market continues its shift to cloud computing and SaaS, Salesforce implementation services firms are identifying a growing number of prospective customers and the capabilities of these firms to help customers achieve business objectives are expanding to meet emerging and increasingly sophisticated requirements,” says report author, Jim Westcott, research manager, IDC Canada and lead analyst for the Canadian Digital Transformation: Application and Professional Services program.

Canadian organisations have several choices when it comes to Salesforce Implementation services providers, and Westcott recommends evaluations based on several criteria to find the right provider to meet buyer needs.
