XMReality partners on remote guidance with French food packaging firm SOCAPS
XMReality AB and SOCAPS S.A., a French specialist in technical assistance within the food & beverage packaging industry, are partnering for SOCAPS to offer remote guidance to its customers.
SOCAPS serves industrial equipment manufacturers all over the world with design, assembly, installation and maintenance of their equipment. SOCAPS has 800 technicians, is active in 50 countries and has 13 sales offices worldwide.
This partnership means that SOCAPS will offer XMReality Remote Guidance as part of their service offering to their Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, implementing innovative service offerings.

We simply connect our local teams in 50 countries to the OEM helpdesk, transferring the right know-how to secure the quality of intervention. To start with, the partnership includes a few licenses that SOCAPS utilise to support their OEM customers and evaluate the setup.
