TEOCO joins the LoRa Alliance to underline its commitment to global IoT best practice
TEOCO, a provider of analytics, assurance and optimisation solutions to more than 300 communication service providers (CSPs) and OEMs worldwide, announced it has joined the LoRa Alliance.
TEOCO will join other leading players in the global IoT ecosystem in developing and delivering dedicated technology solutions. This will include sharing its expertise in IoT LoRa network analytics, planning and optimisation.
TEOCO’s participation in the LoRa Alliance underlines its focus on extending support for IoT solutions operating in unlicensed spectrum. It also remains fiercely committed to advancing IoT technology innovation leveraging licensed spectrum through narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) networks.
Both approaches will continue to play a leading role in the enablement of different IoT applications and use cases. TEOCO’s existing IoT expertise spans IoT service assurance, analytics solutions including IoT device testing, IoT network modeling and big data performance management.
“IoT remains one of the most exciting technology developments and commercial opportunities facing CSPs today,” said Shachar Ebel, CTO. “With tremendous excitement comes intense complexity, however. Valuable collaborative communities, such as the LoRa Alliance will help IoT reach its full commercial potential by bringing together the brightest minds and most innovative technology. IoT is a major strategic focus for us and we’re delighted to be involved.”
