IoT and MVNO solutions provider Teleena secures 901 IMSI from ITU for cross-border data services
Teleena, the global provider for IoT and MVNO solutions announced that it has secured a 901 IMSI from the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
As the only Mobile Country Code (MCC) that is not homed to any national market, the 901 IMSI is essential for enabling cross-border data services using one single IMSI. For Teleena’s customers this means data usage at local rates, irrespective of where and when they use their mobile device.
Timo Smit, executive director at Teleena said, “The 901 IMSI will enable Teleena to provide its existing and future IoT customers a truly global solution from a single source. This solution alongside our network and technology agnostic IoT platform means we offer the best-of-breed global managed connectivity services for any IoT business case.”
Teleena is a global IoT and MVNO accelerator headquartered in the Netherlands, with regional offices in the United Kingdom and Singapore. Since its foundation in 2007, Teleena’s technology agnostic global mobile access footprint and full scale service platforms has enabled its customers to create new business models, grow revenues or to reduce costs.
