SENSODRIVE GmbH was formed as a spin-off company from the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

The company’s range of service is derived from DLR lightweight robotic technologies. SENSODRIVE’s mission is to market mechatronic components and incorporate innovations from lightweight robotic technologies in new and existing products.

In-house developments span from powerful force feedback systems, man machine interfaces, mechatronic drive systems like valve controllers and rotary tables to the world’s fastest SCARA robot, being 50 % faster than competitors.

Among our customers are notable German and international companies in the aerospace industry, the automotive industry and the field of automation and medical engineering (amongst others DLR, OHB, Audi, BMW, Carl Zeiss).
