PresenceSensor (Shenzhen One-Carat-Dream Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) is an OEM/ODM manufacturer of mmWave radar human presence sensors, founded in 2016 in Shenzhen, China. We design and produce ceiling-mount and wall-mount 60GHz mmWave radar modules for hotel room occupancy detection, smart office building automation, and residential smart home applications.

Our sensors detect true presence — including stationary occupants, breathing, and micro-motion — with up to 10m motion range and 2.5m micro-motion range (120° field of view). A single sensor holds a room "occupied" while a guest sleeps or sits still, eliminating false-vacant triggers that waste HVAC and lighting energy.

All products are CE, FCC, RoHS, and ISO 9001 certified and support Matter, Zigbee 3.0, WiFi, and Tuya.
